Many issues with Android apps can be remedied by a full shutdown/restart of the app.

To fully shut down an app:

  • Start by viewing all running apps. How you do this depends on your phone and the Android version. The most common way is to swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause halfway up to show the recent apps.

  • Now simply find the app you want to close (AvPlan-0EFB in this case) and swipe up on it to dismiss the app.

To fully power off an Android device:

  • Press and hold the Power button until the screen goes black. Once it does, release the power button. Your device is now off.

  • Power on your device by pressing and holding the power button until you see the device welcome screen/animation.
