From the EnRoute page:
Tap the Weather Overlays button
Scroll down the list and place a tick next to Weather Cameras
You should now have the icons on the map wherever there is a WeatherCam available:
Tap on a camera icon to view the images:
Or, alternatively you can see weather camera availability listed in an airport's Waypoint Details dialogue:
Or, on the Terminal page by tapping the camera icon:
