Sorry but no, we cannot do this for you. Bank security does not permit us (or anyone else) to amend you credit card details. Only you can do that.

The good news is that you can do it yourself very easily:

Please go to our website at https://live.avplan-efb.com, sign in with your AvPlan credentials and tap on " Account / My Cards". This is where you can see your current CC details, and add a new one if required.

(Please note that even though the only change may have been the expiry date , the banking world calls it a "New Card").
